Fly, Breast Advice

Just got back from the meet from Hell. We got creamed, score was something like 45-106? Most of the team was pissed off at the coach, who had us swim a timed 3,000 the day before, and our whole bodies hurt. Also have a three meet week sent us into bitch mood. Tomorrow we have an invite and have to be at the school for 6:30am!

My body is in complete pain, and I foolishly signed up for doing the 100 fly tomorrow, my first time ever doing it. (i did have a reason, I have thought I would be decent at it, and the fly and back are the only events I am yet to complete, and by doing all the events, I get a trophie) I also am signed up for the 200 Free, and two relays, dont know which ones yet. (probably the 200 free relay, and the breast stroke in the IM relay)

The question I would love to get any help with:

ANY HINTS, OR ADVICE FOR MY FIRST EVER BUTTERFLY? 

also a little side question, my 100 breast time keeps going crazy, very unconsistant. One meet it is a 1:30, the next a 1:26, the next 1:29, 1:26, 1:30, any help in that event would make my day.

Ps: Got two new PR's between wednesday and today: 

500 Free: 6:38 and 50 Free: 28.1
